Some kind words that made me blush!

I loved working with Lara so much and would totally recommend her to anyone thinking about using a PT in Cheltenham or Gloucester. I wanted to learn how to lift weights safely and do all the things that I'd always been too scared to do in a normal gym. Lara helped me develop my strength and confidence in the most supportive way and I ended up gaining muscle and tone, whilst losing weight over the 9 weeks we worked together. With regular check-ins, tips to boost my food intake (yep - she told me to eat more!!) and really fun sessions, I really enjoyed my time with her and would still be going along if we hadn't moved abroad!
