What is Legs, Bums and Tums?

Legs, Bums & Tums (often called LBT) is a full lower-body focused workout targeting your thighs, bottom, hips and core muscles. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, light cardio and toning routines designed to lift, sculpt and strengthen. Every session is upbeat, motivating and suitable for beginners as well as regular gym-goers. If you want a workout that works without feeling overwhelming — this is it!
