What is Legs, Bums and Tums?
Legs, Bums & Tums (often called LBT) is a full lower-body focused workout targeting your thighs, bottom, hips and core muscles. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, light cardio and toning routines designed to lift, sculpt and strengthen.
