I’m Lara Dodds, founder of Tekk:Fitt, with a BSc (Hons) in Strength & Conditioning Science. As a professional Cheltenham personal trainer, I build bespoke training plans that reflect your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.

I also work as the lead S&C coach for Phoenix Swimming Club, but I’m just as passionate about helping everyday people feel their best through smart, sustainable training.
